Q. The laundry I use at the moment sometimes sends my sheets and towels back grey or yellow and even have tears on them and hair - it's disgusting! What are you doing to prevent this?
A. These are all preventable complaints. This is due to the maintenance and age of the machines and the chemicals used and simply not checking the laundry before it leaves. We adopt a strict onsite service regime as well as only use quality products provided and programmed into our machines by our Jasol. We have chosen the best products from Jasol to ensure we delivery quality finishes. Our team and management are committed to quality control and follow strict hygiene practices at all times. Q. Why do you have your own laundry bags? A. Our laundry bags are commercial quality and designed to be washed and sanitised easily ensuring your laundry returns to you fresh every time. Imagine how much dirt and germs build up when your laundry is returned using the same bag? The bags are easily identifiable and personalised with your name. They also meet OSH requirements as our staff are important to us and you and your cleaners are only lifting what you should be. Q. How did you choose the name Fresh as a Daisy - its cool! A. A friend of the owners and ongoing advisor (Robyn Slater) suggested the name and it immediately struck a chord with Kate who wanted people to think of cleanliness and freshness and set it apart from other laundry providers. The white Daisy brand with the yellow and blue palette has been developed to promote a positive perception about the laundry experience. |
